Create a relaxed Christmas morning vibe with handmade details and plenty of cushions for lounging.
The tree
To go with the natural materials and boho vibe of this 1970s-style space, we paired rattan stars with homemade terracotta decorations. This added texture and colour to our tree.
Boho Christmas tree ornaments:
- Roll out air-drying terracotta clay to 1cm thick.
- Cut out circles and half-moons with cookie cutters.
- Use a skewer to make holes for hanging.
- Leave to dry for 48 hours then thread and hang.
The accessories
This look is all about having fun with the sunset colours of the 1970s. We used terracotta, mustard and bright lilac, and stuck with natural textures and curvy forms for furnishings.
