Sam and Emmett win The Block NZ 2016!
Wellington flatmates Sam Cable and Emmett Vallender made a record profit on The Block NZ when their Meadowbank, Auckland townhouse sold for $1.61 million at auction.
Taking home a $380,000 profit, plus $100,000 for winning The Block NZ series, the boys walked away with a total winnings of $480,000.
Emma and Courtney claimed second place, selling their house for $1.51 with a profit of $300,000.
Dyls and Dylz came third with an auction price of $1.341. They also won the People’s Choice award.
Niki and Tiff finished in fourth place, selling for $1.32 million and a profit of $150,000.
