Ingredients
60ml Lyre’s Pink London Spirit
30ml apple juice
15ml lemon juice
15ml pomegranate syrup
15ml egg whites
Berries or dried orange wheels (for garnish)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake briefly.
2. Strain the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with berries or a dried orange wheel.

15ml Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit
45ml Lyre’s Coffee Originale
45ml cold drip or fresh espresso
10ml salted caramel syrup
Caramel popcorn (for garnish)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
3. Strain the mixture into the vessel.

1 lime (or ruby grapefruit)
Chilli salt
Method
