Brooke and Mitch have taken out The Block NZ: Villa Wars, selling their simple yet sophisticated villa for $1.35 million. They were awarded $190,000 – the amount their house sold over the reserve. They also took home the prize money of $100,000.

The results
– Sarah and Minanne’s home sold for $1.272 million. That’s $123,000 over their reserve.
– Jamie and Hayden’s sold for $1.335 million. That’s $160,000 over their reserve.
– Cat and Jeremy’s house sold for $1.320 million, which was $160,000 over their reserve.
