Take a look inside this $345 million super mansion

Ever wondered what it looks like inside a $345 million mansion?  In a video released of 924 Bel Air Road, you can take a look inside the grounds of this incredible Californian home – that comes complete with its very own helicopter. On the market for $250 million US, this house would be the equivalent of $345 in Kiwi dollars – and it’s not hard to see why.

From a huge home cinema to its very own bowling alley, a sweet shop to an incredible infinity pool, this place could house some serious dinner parties, pool parties, and everything in between. With stunning views across Bel Air, this truly is a Californian paradise.

250million

Created by Real Estate Agent Bruce Makowsky, this is America’s most expensive home, and targets a very niche market. “This house is the eighth wonder of the world,” asserts Bruce. The 12 bedroom, 21 bathroom mansion has five bars to relax in, a massage studio for unwinding, and an outdoor cinema next to the pool – for when your guests are bored of swimming.

60-year-old Makowsky wanted to create shock and awe in potential buyers, who will hopefully be bowled over by the opulent home. “There’s so much super-wealth in this world. It’s getting crazy. There are probably 100 new billionaires every single year. Super-yacht manufacturers are slammed with orders,” says Bruce.

And if the house isn’t enough to sway potential buyers, it also comes with its very own helicopter, and seven members of staff – including a masseuse and a yoga instructor.

Some have been critical of this mega-mansion however, stating it’s in bad taste when 43,000 people are homeless in Los Angeles. 924 Bel Air Road also went on sale the same week that Oxfam announced 8 of the world’s richest people own as much combined as half the human race.
