A family run business, Pyroclassic Fires has been delivering the ultimate solution for burning wood in the most environmentally conscious way for 40 years. The current owners took over the business nearly 10 years ago, and are incredibly passionate about maintaining the Pyroclassic wood fire’s leading position in efficiency and clean air excellence.

Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, there are two models of Pyroclassic Fire available; the original Pyroclassic IV, recommended for homes 130m2 or more, and the Pyroclassic Mini, which is best suited to heat smaller homes (120m2 or less). Both models are now certified as ULEBs (Ultra Low Emissions Burners), meeting the worlds strictest environmental standards. These models can be fitted with a wetback and are available in more than 200 colours.
The company is the first and only wood fire manufacturer in the world to achieve carboNZeroCertTM accreditation. They’re currently in their 4th year of the programme and have reduced their carbon emissions by 12 per cent. What this means for the consumer is that not only is the wood fire kinder on the environment, but also the practices in the business are too.
