NZCB has an extensive membership of builders throughout New Zealand, each trade qualified with a strong history of stability and success. Thanks to their endeavour to promote excellence in building standards and a thorough range of checks, including past clients’ references, sub-trades and credit checks, NZCB can guarantee their builders have first-class knowledge and expertise. When you use an NZCB approved builder you can rest assured they’re a Licenced Building Practitioner, and they’re also trade qualified.

NZCB has a ‘Find a Builder’ search function on their website, to help you find a local NZCB member in your region. Each home will also be covered by New Zealand’s Halo 10 year residential guarantee for peace of mind throughout the building journey.
