The original 125 meters squared home they had designed proved too small for the now-teenage children, and director Marc Lithgow comprised a clever solution. The addition is respectful and allows the family more space without compromising the existing structure. The aim was to create “multiple spaces and fluidity of space”, which has certainly been achieved.
