Kathrine McDonald Interior Design

Kathrine McDonald Design is a small interior practice based in Mount Maunganui. With a passion for classical interior style, Kathrine has led a number of different projects from complete renovations to small refreshments of spaces – but says she “approaches each project with the same vigour, enthusiasm and passion.”

Although there is a myriad of ways an interior designer can be helpful, she believes that her main role is to guide the clients to realise what they want. She also believes that working closely with clients for every step of the way makes the process less stressful and more successful for both parties.

The recent renovation of her own beachfront property echoes her immense design abilities as she gives a rundown house a stylish makeover.
