Clutter-Free Feb, tidy pantry

Declutter your life one day at a time with Your Home and Garden’s 28-day Clutter-Free-Feb challenge.

You’ll start by removing just one piece of clutter and, by the end of February, will have removed 406 items, leaving your cupboards, drawers and surfaces clean, clear and clutter free.

Win weekly prizes:

Share your decluttering efforts with the #clutterfreefeb hashtag (being sure to tag @YourHomeandGarden too) on social media and you will be in the draw to win some great prizes. This week’s prize is:

3 x ‘Sort It Session’ with Sort My House:

Win a 6-hour decluttering and organisation session with Sort My House, valued at $350, (6-hour consult only available in Tauranga and Auckland. Outside regions will receive a 2-hour virtual consult).

You’ll also get:

  • Starter pantry label pack with 30 labels
  • 3x bamboo drawer dividers
  • 3 storage baskets suitable to the winner’s space
  • At the end of the session, Sort My House will remove all the ‘donate’ items and drop them to the winners chosen charity (where feasible)

Sort My House is a decluttering and organisation service which helps restore order and find some calm in your chaos. With a clear space there is more opportunity for a clear mind.

Their Professional Organisers clear your clutter and organise the remaining items into effective and efficient systems. They recognise how time-consuming these things can be and enjoy knowing their service can give you more time to focus on the things that matter to you.

This competition is open to New Zealand residents only. 6-hour consultation available only to winners in Tauranga and Auckland. Winners in other regions will receive a 2-hour virtual consult.

Prize will be drawn on the 28 February.

The Clutter-Free Feb challenge is simple:

On day one, get rid of one thing. Easy right? On day two, remove two pieces of clutter. Day three, three things – and so on.

It may seem daunting when you reach double digits, but once you start sorting through piles of paper, broken pens, old clothes and stray Tupperware lids, you’ll be surprised how quickly the numbers add up.
