A dramatic powder room that was designed to provoke discussion from those who visit it.
Helen Sheppard wanted guests visiting her powder room to feel as though they’d stepped into another world. And her choice of swirly-patterned wallpaper paired with a dark blue ceiling does just that. The dramatic room, painted with Resene Tangaroa to complement the Resene wallpaper*, is a trip for guests, especially after a few wines.
Helen says, “I wanted to create a room that would provoke a reaction – good or bad – and I certainly achieved that.”
